RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Thank you for choosing the ELENA SAVÓ brand. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer you the option to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. If the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs are borne by the brand. Many of our items are unique pieces and therefore cannot be changed in size.

• You can return any product purchased on elenasavo.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country where the product was delivered.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned intact, undamaged, with labels still attached and original packaging and without signs of use. No refund will be due in the event of removal and/or damage to the products and/or the labels and/or packaging containing them. The Customer is then responsible for any decrease in value of the product resulting from handling or use that is not necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning.
• Individual packages received within the same order can be returned in a single package.
• Please note that all items purchased during sales or on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• We recommend using the following delivery services: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Poste Italiane.
• Please note that the sender assumes both the costs and risks associated with returning the goods.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE:
Many of our items are unique pieces and therefore cannot be changed in size. We offer an exchange for working goods that meet the following conditions:
• Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered or worn.
• Exchanges are subject to availability and we can only exchange the same item for a different size once, if the size is present at the time of purchase.
• If the product you wish to exchange is in our warehouse, we will reserve it for you
• To process an exchange, please ensure that all items for the exchange are returned in one package.
• Please note that exchanges are only possible from the country where the order was originally sent.
If your item meets these requirements, we will be happy to arrange an exchange.
RETURN:
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, without damage, alterations or signs of wear, and must include all original labels and packaging. Once your goods arrive, they will be processed within 14 working days.
• Once verified and approved your return will be credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive a return confirmation email. If the returned product does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be returned to you.

If the item you ordered is currently in stock, we will ship your order within 2-4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. It is important to provide us with the correct shipping address when ordering with any additional information to ensure smooth delivery.
In European Union countries, delivery takes place within 5-7 working days of shipment.
In all other cases, delivery takes place within 14 working days of shipment.
For deliveries to be made in countries that require customs clearance procedures, times may be longer.
Please note that the above delivery times are approximate and may be subject to change due to external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in case of any delays.
We deliver from Italy. However, please note that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes in your country once the order arrives at its final destination. These additional import taxes, duties and related customs charges are determined by your local customs office. It is important to understand that the payment of such fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by your country’s customs department. If you have questions or need more information about these tariffs, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
You are entitled to a full refund, including shipping, only if the order is canceled before shipping. Once the package is in transit with the carrier, we cannot process complaints, refunds or follow-up requests. Please note that you have a 24 hour window after placing your order to cancel your order.
